i shared my pancakes a lot on snapchat lately and promised some of you the recipe. it is very simple! everyone can make it and you only need three ingredients. i love it for breakfast, lunch or just as a snack. the kids are loving it too! it is really a kids proof recipe.
you need [for 1-2 persons]:
15 grams oatmeal
some coconut oil or butter to bake [depends on your pan]
combine all the ingredients in a blender or foodprocessor and blend until it is smooth. bake your pancakes [make them not to big] in a frying pan on lowheat. make sure you bake them low because they get burned very quickly. my first time making these was a total failure ;-). if you have a large pan, you can bake two or three at the same time. i usually don’t use oil or butter, only for the first one, but that depends on your pan.
i love to combine these pancakes with greek yoghurt, cinnamon and honey. if you are in a naughty mood; nutella is also bloody delicious. or nutella and strawberries. you can try a lot of varieties, but you can also eat the pancakes just plain.
